Tender | Trading VSH 4Y
In this tender procedure, we are marketing storage capacities for the service period from 01 April 2028 to 1 April 2032. We are offering 1,000 GWh as the "Trading VSH" product in the THE market area.
We offer this four-year product as an index-linked product. This means that you bid for a premium in €/MWh; the capacity fee is calculated using an index formula based on the summer-winter spread, plus this premium. The variable fee is calculated annually using the adjustment formula set out in the contract. All components of the formula and further details can be found in our model contract under the ‘Documents’ tab.
You bid on our standard configuration. During the service period, you can flexibly adapt the storage to your needs, for example by using our Day-Ahead capacity.
The bidding phase for this storage capacity will take place on 24 November 2026 from 01:00 pm to 01:30 pm CET. Allocation will take place by 02:00 pm CET.
Bids will be based on a Premium in €/MWh with a maximum of 4 decimal places.
NOTE: The following conditions of participation apply to this tender procedure and all future procedures:
- Bidding is only possible in the logged-in area
- The bidder requires authorisation for online booking
- VGS carries out a credit check; if the necessary documents are not yet available, we will ask you for them
- If the credit check is negative or if a credit check is not possible due to missing documents, a security deposit must be provided in the event of a capacity surcharge.

Tender | Trading BOB 2028/2029
In this tender procedure, we are providing storage capacities for the period from 01 April 2028 to 1 April 2029. We are offering 1,000 GWh as the "Trading BOB" product in the THE market area.
You will bid on our standard configuration with a turnover time of 143 days. We offer various additional products, such as day-ahead capacities, to optimise storage management during the period.
The bidding phase for this storage capacity will take place on 20 October 2026 at the earliest and 18 December 2026 at the latest from 01:00 pm to 01:30 pm CET. Allocation will take place by 02:00 pm CET.
Bids will be based on a fixed price in €/MWh for the entire storage year with a maximum of 4 decimal places.
