easystore

What is easystore?

easystore is our flexible online booking system. Using easystore allows you to book both standard and individually customized products. You can individually configure your products and make inquiries concerning them. Customers can submit bids for the products they have configured. easystore determines whether the internally-set minimal price has been met. A tender procedure is then begun and the requested capacities are marketed in a non-discriminatory fashion.

Film about easystore

How does easystore work?

easystore consists of three parts:

  1. The product filter allows you to select different products according to various criteria such as market area, interruptibility, location, characteristic curve, transfer point, type of natural gas or turnover rates.

You then see an overview of the product selection containing the products meeting your criteria. Other products are also listed to aid you in comparisons.

During the next step you select a storage location for the suggested products. You see product details such as storage location, gas transfer points, available capacities (in graphic or tabular form) and the corresponding service parameters in the standard configuration.

You are also able to view documents concerning the product: sample contracts, the storage GTCs, operating manuals or the applicable fee overview.

With a click of the CONFIGURE NOW button, you can customize your desired product. You determine the storage location, beginning and end of the storage period and the working gas volume that you would like. You then select the injection and withdrawal capacities before choosing the injection and withdrawal rates that you desire. A click on the pencil symbol next to the corresponding box allows you to edit your selections. You only need to enter the injection and withdrawal rates - easystore calculates the turnover periods. Or, conversely, you may enter a turnover rate and receive the possible injection and withdrawal rates.

You are able to add optional, additional capacities. "Finish Configuration" is the final step.

  2. After finishing, the product's details are displayed alongside the contract's information. You are able to see all relevant information concerning the capacities (service duration, injection and withdrawal rates, turnover rates, etc.), the fees (service and variable fees) and characteristic curves.

Now you are able to submit your indicative offer. Click on the appropriate box and enter your offer in the field which opens.

Now you must read and accept the GTCs.

  3. The "print" button allows you to make a copy of the product overview, "Inquire" sends an inquiry concerning the product and you can book the product directly by clicking the "Book" button.

Clicking "Back" will return you to step 1 at any time.

After sending your inquiry or booking, you can click the appropriate button to print a hardcopy of your product/configuration or start a new configuration.

What are Add ons?

If you already have a so-called basis contract with us, you have the option of enhancing its services by booking additional, unbundled capacities.

WGV, IR/WR firm and IR/WR interruptible Add ons are available for flange products. Hub products can be enhanced with WGV or IR/WR firm Add ons.

The service fee is dependent on the capacity volume set in the basis contract. This can be calculated simply using easystore.

How do I make Add ons?

Book Add ons easily in the Contracts area or send an inquiry to us via E-Mail.

Add ons in the Contracts Area:
Please log in and navigate to the Contracts area of your contract overview. Selecting a contract will allow you to view its details (contractual period, storage facility, natural gas transfer point) as well as the capacities and characteristic curve.

A click of the "Add on" button will lead you to easystore's product selection function where you will see the Add on products available for the selected contract. After selecting an Add on, its product details will appear. You are now able to configure your product (service period, capacity). Finally, click on "Finish Calculation" to finalize the process.

Inquiries via Email
We would be happy to calculate the services fees associated with particular Add ons.
Please include the following in your email:

  • contract number
  • desired Add on
  • desired service period
  • volume of storage capacities desired

What is a tender procedure?

We conduct so-called tender procedures when marketing short-term capacities (e.g. for the next storage year). During this bidding procedure, you are able to submit a binding offer using easystore. You may choose between products with either the standard configuration or an individualized configuration. We then market the corresponding capacities according to the published awarding procedure.

How does the tender procedure work?

A tender procedure has two phases:

  1. Publication Phase
Before the tender procedure begins, we make detailed product information and documents available on easystore. This allows you to view the products on easystore and configure them individually. You are able to print out your configurations (including characteristic curves as a PDF) so that you may evaluate and compare them internally. Submission of bids is possible during the second phase.

  2. Bidding Phase
You may now select the standard configuration for a product or individually configure your own customized product. After doing so, you may submit a binding offer. We review all of the bids submitted - and inform all participating customers of the tender procedure's outcome within two hours of its conclusion. The results - and associated charges - are not published.
